As a Reiki Master Teacher, creator of self-love courses, and facilitator of online goddess ceremonies, I’ve witnessed how essential it is to have somewhere you can breathe, heal, and be held.

✨ Energy healing training using the Usui Reiki Method, and in-person healing sessions (mobile only at the moment).
✨ Self-love practices you can use every day to create inner peace, alignment, and emotional balance
✨ Goddess ceremonies online and in-person to connect to our inner divinity and explore our parts
✨ Art sessions as meditation, soul nourishment and season appreciation
